Vacant property security cover helps you maintain an oversight of unoccupied buildings and identify issues before they become more costly to manage. The 4 Ever Group trained security officers carry out internal and external property inspections at structured times based on your insurance companies’ requirements. During visits, our security officers check the condition of the site, identify signs of damage or risk, test alarms, take meter readings, and help make sure the property remains secure and well maintained.

We can provide detailed reports with photos with observations keeping you fully abreast of your property’s situation.
